摘　　要：目的:探讨手部固定器在疑诊类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者磁共振检查中的应用。方法:将43例疑诊为RA的关节痛(腕关节和/或手指小关节)患者随机分为两组,其中22例使用机器原配胶垫置于双手掌之间用捆绑带进行固定作为对照组,21例使用自制手部固定器固定双手作为观察组,两组患者均行双手掌指关节至腕关节的MRI扫描,对照比较两组患者的运动伪影及扫描时间,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组运动伪影发生率(23.81%)显著低于对照组(63.64%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.91,P=0.01<0.05);观察组运动伪影程度显著轻于对照组(Z=2.70,P=0.01<0.05);观察组扫描时间(32.71±2.41)min显著短于对照组(36.36±4.10)min,T=3.53,P=0.01<0.05。结论:自制手部固定器在疑诊类风湿性关节痛患者的手部磁共振检查中,可有效减少运动伪影,缩短扫描时间,保证图像质量及增加患者舒适度。Objective：To investigate the application of the self-developed hand fixer in suspected rheumatoid arthritis（RA）patients with MR scan.Methods：43cases of suspected RA patients with arthralgia（wrist and-or finger joints）were randomly divided into two groups,of which 22 cases of both hands fixed by original rubber pads and bundling belts were served as control group,while 21 cases of both hands fixed by self-developed hand fixes were served as observation group.MR scans from wrist to metacarpophalangeal joints were performed in the two groups,then the motion artifact and scanning time were compared and statistically analyzed.Results：The incidence of motion artifact in observation group（23.81%）was significantly lower than that in control group（63.64%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of motion artifact in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The scanning time in observation group（32.71±2.41）min was significantly shorter than that in control group（36.36±4.10）min（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The self-developed hand fixer can effectively reduce motion artifact and shorten scanning time,ensure the image quality and increase the degree of comfort of RA patients in MR scan.
