摘  要:为了研究强制振荡冷却活塞的活塞冷却机理,用试验和仿真方法对机油流动情况进行了研究.研制了一套机油喷射试验系统,进行机油喷射试验,用试验结果对仿真模型计算结果进行标定,验证了仿真模型的可靠性.用Fluent软件研究了喷油强制振荡冷却活塞机油在恒定喷油压力、不同油温下的流动形态,分析了油温对机油流动的影响.稳态模拟结果表明:内冷油腔内部存在大量的空化区域;保持喷油压力为0.6MP,随着机油温度升高,油腔入口质量流量呈折线变化,各工况下,进入内冷油腔的机油质量流量占流场总质量流量百分比都达到了92%以上;保持机油温度为343.15K,改变喷油压力,当喷油压力大于等于0.25 MPa时,进入内冷油腔的机油质量流量占总流量的百分比均达到了90%以上.For a piston cooled by the forced injection method, the flow patterns of the cooling oil were analyzed by experiment and simulation method to study the cooling mechanism of the piston. An oil jet test bench was established to conduct oil spray test. To verify the reliability of the simulation model, the experiment results were compared to the simulation results. By keeping the inlet pressure of oil constant, and changing the temperature, for the piston cooled by the forced injection method, the flow patterns of the cooling oil were obtained by Fluent software. The influence of oil temperature on the oil flow was analyzed. By steady state simulation, the follow conclusions were obtained. Air exists in massive region in the internal cooling oil chamber. The injection pressure is kept 0.6 MPa, with the increasing oil temperature, the inlet mass flow rate of the cooling oil chamber is changing in fold line. Under all working conditions, the inlet mass flow rate of the cooling oil chamber accounts for more than 92% of the total inlet mass flow rate. By keeping the oil temperature at 343.15 K, and changing the pressure of oil injection, when the injection pressure is equal to or more than 0.25 MPa, the inlet mass flow rate of the cooling oil chamber accounts for more than 90% of the total inlet mass flow rate. This provides reference for the design of the piston with forced oscillating cooling of oil injection.
