摘　　要：随着特高压输电技术的成熟,我国目前已经进入特高压电网大规模建设的新阶段,多个大型工程项目(项目集群)同时推进建设,给各方面的资源、能力带来巨大挑战。从保障大规模建设的安全优质高效按期目标出发,对特高压工程大规模建设的各个环节关键风险点进行了识别和分析。With the maturity of the UHV transmission technology in China, China has now entered the new stage of large - scale construction of UHV grid, which means a large engineering project cluster and promoting at the same time, bringing great challenges to the resource allocation and management ability. In order to realize safe, high quality and efficient con- struction of the large - scale UHV grid, this paper identifies and analyzes the risk points of all the key stages.
