摘 要:全球海水淡化产水的60%用于市政供水,在海水淡化产能中采用反渗透膜技术的占65%。监测了我国万吨级膜法海水淡化厂的出厂水水质,并与国标以及城市自来水水质进行了对比。结果表明,除硼外淡化水其他指标均符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006),但硼含量低于世界卫生组织WHO的《饮用水水质导则》限值(2.4mg/L)以及欧美、日本的限值(1.0mg/L)。淡化出厂水的常规指标与四个大城市(深圳、南昌、上海和天津)的自来水水质相当或更优。此外,监测计算了淡化出厂水的碳酸钙沉淀势,其值位于4.8~6.5mg/L之间,水体倾向于保护性结垢,不会腐蚀管路或溶解管路中已有的保护性垢层。基于对淡化厂产品水水质的实验测定及数据分析,提出了淡化水水质与饮用安全的相关发展建议。60% of seawater desalination is used in municipal water in the whole world. Mean- while, 65% of desalination water is produced by reverse osmosis (RO) membrane method. The quality of product water from 10 000-ton class seawater desalination plant using RO method in China was ana- lyzed and compared with the national standard and the tap water quality of cities. The results showed that except for boron, all quality indices could meet the requirement of the Standards for Drinking Water Qual- ity ( GB 5749 - 2006). The boron content was lower than the limit of 2.4 mg/L in the Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality issued by WHO and that of 1.0 mg/L in Europe, USA and Japan. Also, the product water quality from RO desalination plant was comparable or better than that of 4 metropolises. In addition, the calcium carbonate precipitation potential (CCPP) of the product water was monitored and calculated, and its value was between 4.8 mg/L and 6.5 mg/L, which indicated that the desalination water tended to form protective scale and could not corrode or dissolve the protective scales in the pipe. Based the experimental determination and data analysis of the product water from RO desalination plant, the suggestions on the desalination water quality and drinking safety were proposed.
