摘　　要：分析了山东省某工业园区综合废水处理厂的进水特性、原有工艺现状和存在的问题,提出了改造预处理单元、改造并新增部分生化处理单元、新增芬顿反应、混凝反应、磁分离沉淀等深度处理单元的改造方案。改造完成后,该厂运行效果良好,出水水质稳定达标。通过优化运行管理,进一步降低了运行成本。The influent characteristics, the status of the original processes and the existing prob- lems of the comprehensive wastewater treatment plant in an industrial park in Shandong Province were an- alyzed. The retrofit scheme including retrofit of the pre-treatment unit, retrofit and addition of some bio- chemical treatment units, addition of advanced treatment units, such as Fenton reaction, coagulation re- action, magnetic separation and sedimentation. After retrofit, the plant performed well. The operation cost could be further reduced by optimizing the operation and management.
