摘 要:水是超超临界机组热力系统中重要的工作介质和冷却介质,锅炉补给水水质稳定合格对机组的安全运行十分重要。介绍了膜法+离子交换水处理技术(纤维过滤器/超滤/一级反渗透/一级除盐/混床)在某超超临界机组锅炉补给水处理系统中的应用情况,详细讨论了反渗透+离子交换水处理工艺特点、系统运行方式、控制参数和注意事项,比较了膜法+离子交换和全膜法工艺特点和经济性。运行结果表明,膜法+离子交换水处理系统出水水质稳定优良,符合超超临界机组锅炉补给水水质的要求。Water is the important operating and cooling medium in thermal power system of ultra- supercritical unit, the stable and qualified boiler make-up water quality is important for the stable opera- tion of the unit. The application of membrane/ion exchange process (fiber fiher/uhrafiltration/primary reverse osmosis/primary desalting/mixed bed) in boiler make-up water treatment system of an uhra-su- percritical unit was introduced. The characteristics of membrane/ion exchange process, the operation mode, control parameters and matters needing attention were discussed. The characteristics and economy of membrane/ion exchange process and integrated membrane process were compared. The operation re- suits showed that the effluent quality of membrane/ion exchange process was stable and fine and could meet the quality requirements of boiler make-up water in uhra-supercritical units.
