摘 要:针对水泥回转窑窑口等部位刚玉浇注料的抗碱侵蚀性能不能满足替代燃料应用的问题,以锂辉石粉(≤0.044 mm)、Si O2微粉、Al2O3微粉(≤2μm)及助熔剂钾长石粉(≤0.044 mm)为原料,分别按Si O2、Al2O3的物质的量比为4、6、8和10配料,加入60%(w)水共磨制备出Li2O-Al2O3-Si O2系釉浆,对刚玉浇注料浸渍上釉后,于1 400℃保温3 h热处理制备涂釉刚玉浇注料。分析了釉料的熔化特性及影响刚玉浇注料表面成釉质量的因素,并对涂釉后的刚玉浇注料进行抗碱侵蚀试验,探讨了釉层对刚玉浇注料抗碱侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着Si O2、Al2O3的物质的量比的增加,釉料在成釉温度时的液相增多和黏度增大,釉面质量主要与釉料在成釉温度时的液相量及黏度有关;设计的釉料可以成功制备出釉层铺展均匀、坯釉结合良好的含釉浇注料,Si O2、Al2O3的物质的量比为6和8的釉料在刚玉浇注料表面施釉后,可以封闭浇注料表面的气孔并降低其显气孔率,显著阻隔了碱蒸气向浇注料内部的渗透,明显提高了刚玉浇注料的抗碱侵蚀性能。This work aims at solving the problem that the alkali attack resistance of corundum castables for cement kiln mouth cannot meet the requirements of alternative fuel application.Li2 O-Al2 O3-SiO2 glaze slur-ries were prepared using spodumen powder (≤ 0.044 mm ),SiO2 micropowder,Al2 O3 micropowder (≤2 μm)and fluxing agent potash feldspar powder (≤0.044 mm)as starting materials,batching in SiO2∶Al2 O3 mole ratios of 4,6,8,and 10,respectively,adding 60 mass% water,and milling.The prepared Li2 O-Al2 O3-SiO2 glaze slurries were coated on the surface of corundum castables and fired at 1 400 ℃ for 3 h.The flux property of the glazes as well as the factors that affect glaze quality were discussed.Further-more,alkali attack resistance of corundum castables coated with glaze was tested to investigate the effect of high temperature glaze.The results show that as the SiO2∶Al2 O3 mole ratio increases,the liquid content in the glaze and the glaze viscosity at the glazing temperature increase;the glaze quality is mainly related with the liquid content in the glaze and the glaze viscosity at the glazing temperature;the prepared glazes spread uniformly and bond tightly with the castables.The glazes of SiO2 ∶Al2 O3 mole ratio of 6 and 8 can seal the pores on the surface of castables,decrease the apparent porosity of castables,block the perme-ation of alkali vapor into the castables greatly,and significantly improve the alkali attack resistance of co-rundum castables.
