摘  要:以烯丙基脲(NAU)为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,固定Pd(Ⅱ),NAU和EGDMA的加入摩尔比为1∶4∶40,采用原位聚合法在玻碳电极(GCE)表面制得了一种Pd(Ⅱ)印迹电化学传感器(Pd(Ⅱ)-ⅡM/GCE),并基于安培计时法,建立了测定Pd(Ⅱ)的电化学分析方法。该传感器对Pd(Ⅱ)的检测浓度范围为0.25~184.0μmol/L,检出限为84.3 nmol/L。用于汽车尾气失效催化剂和植物样品中痕量Pd的测定,相对标准偏差在4.1%以内,加标回收率在101.4%~105.8%之间。A novel electrochemical sensor based on a Pd( Ⅱ)-imprinted membrane was fabricated on glassy carbon electrode( GCE) by in situ polymerization with Pd( Ⅱ) as the template,allylurea( NAU) as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate( EGDMA) as the cross linking agent at the mole ratio of Pd( Ⅱ),NAU and EGDMA as 1: 4: 40. Various factors,known to affect the response behavior of selective electrode were investigated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions,the sensor exhibited a good stability,reproducibility and selectivity as well as high sensitivity. A good linearity for the determination of Pd( Ⅱ) was obtained in the range of 0. 25 ~ 184. 0 μmol/L with the detection limit of 8. 43 × 10^(- 8)mol/L. The sensor was applied to the determination of Pd( Ⅱ) in real samples with the relative standard deviation below 4. 1 %,and the recovery in the range of 101. 4% ~105. 8 %.
