摘  要:考察了日落黄与双子表面活性剂(16-3-16)体系的共振光散射光谱、二级散射光谱以及吸收光谱,研究了两者之间的相互作用。在不同浓度的16-3-16—日落黄水溶液中,散射光谱和吸收光谱均有所变化,表明日落黄与16-3-16之间发生较强的相互作用。此外,考察了pH、结合的稳定性、温度以及日落黄加入量等因素对散射光谱的影响;由吸收光谱数据计算得到两组分的吉布斯自由能(ΔG)以及结合常数(K_B)。另外,由于日落黄—16-3-16的共振光散射强度和二级散射强度分别与16-3-16的浓度成线性关系,建立了测定16-3-16含量的方法。Interactions between 16- 3- 16 system and sunset yellow were investigated by the second-order scattering spectroscopy,resonance light scattering spectroscopy and absorption spectroscopy. The intensities of scattering and absorbance of sunset yellow-16- 3- 16 were different with the concentration of 16- 3- 16. The results showed that sunset yellow has strong interactions with the 16- 3- 16. Otherwise,the influencing factors,such as pH,the stability,temperature as well as the amount of sunset yellow were explored. Moreover,the binding constant( K_B) and Gibbs free energy( ΔG) of 16- 3- 16-sunset yellow were measured by Ultravioletvisible spectrometry. The second-order scattering intensity and resonance light scattering intensity were proportional to the concentration of 16- 3- 16 in a certain range. Based on these,a new simple and rapid method has been proposed to determine 16- 3- 16.
