公民参与涉政网络事件方式及其生成机理——基于微博个案的透视

摘　　要：拥有庞大用户量的微博不仅带来了"民间舆论场"的喧嚣,而且不断冲击着政府在舆论话语权格局中的中心地位。基于微博这一平台,以"庆安枪击案"为公民参与涉政网络事件的典型案例,从中可以看出公民利用微博参与涉政网络事件主要有评论式参与、转发式参与和浏览式参与三种方式。公民参与行为受到诸如认知特征、情绪情感特征以及动机特征等复杂心理特征的影响。With the huge amount of users, micro-blog has not only brought the 'public opinion field' noise, but also impacted on the government in the media discourse power structure in the center of the situation. Based on micro-blog as a platform,with 'Qing'an shooting' as a typical case about the citizen participation in internet events involving political,we can sum up that the citizen use three modes to participate in internet events involving political with micro-blog, such as comments, forwarding and browsing. The citizen's participations are influenced by some complex psychological characteristics including cognition, emotion, and motivation.
