摘 要:养护环境是影响混凝土性能的主要因素之一,主要研究养护温度的变动对混凝土抗压强度等级的影响,通过设计7组混凝土配合比试验,以研究养护温度在水胶比、粉煤灰掺量等多因素情况下对混凝土抗压强度的影响。结果表明,温度较小范围的变动会引起混凝土抗压强度较大的偏差,特别是前28天的抗压强度;在水胶比变化、粉煤灰掺量增减时,温度的浮动对抗压强度的影响更为复杂。因此,养护过程中温度的精准、平稳控制对混凝土抗压强度性能十分重要,否则依据28天抗压强度判定混凝土强度时极易造成强度的误判,从而对整体工程造成严重影响。Proper curing environment is one of the important factors to affect the performance of concrete. The author mainly studies the influence on compressive strength grade of concrete under the changes of standard curing temperature.There are 7 representative concrete proportions designed in order to study the influence of compressive strength of concrete by the changes of the curing temperature with different water cement ratio,different content of fly ash and other factors. The results show that the small changes of the curing temperature can cause large deviation of concrete compressive strength,especially to the compressive strength before 28 d; the effects of temperature floating are more complicated when water/cement ratio changes and the dosage of fly ash increase or decrease in concrete mix. Therefore,it is very important to control the temperature precisely and smoothly during the curing process for compressive strength; otherwise,it is easy to cause the miscalculation of the concrete strength,so as to cause serious influence on the whole project.
