中药浸泡治疗脚癣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药浸泡治疗脚癣的疗效。方法采用中药外洗法对试验组 3 46例脚癣患者进行治疗 ,对照组 3 3 5例患者用 3 %克霉唑软膏外搽患处 ,观察两组患者的疗效。结果试验组患者的疗效显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 0 1)。结论中药浸泡治疗脚癣方法简便 ,对糜烂型和水疱型脚癣疗效明显。Objective To observe effects of soaking therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on athlete's foot. Methods346 cases of the treatment group (175 cases of erosive type and 171 cases of bullous type) were treated with soaking therapy by traditional Chinese medicine and 335 cases of the control group (170 cases of erosive type and 165 cases of bullous type) were treated with 3% Clotrimazolum ointment. Effects of two groups were compared.Results Effect of the treatment group was obviously more superior to that of the control group ( P<0.0001). ConclusionsIt shows easy and effective that patients with athlete's foot were treated by soaking therapy with traditional Chinese medicine.
