摘　　要：甘肃省位于我国西北地区,其农村金融机构发展状况直接反映着我国"三农"政策对西北农村地区的影响。通过对甘肃省农村金融存贷款基本状况、农村金融发展规模、农村金融效率、农村金融"系统性负投资"四个方面进行分析,总结出甘肃省农村金融市场整体发展水平低、供给主体单一、金融服务产品不齐全、金融生态环境差的问题。针对这些存在的问题,提出相关建议。Gansu province is located in the northwest of China, the rural financial market development directly reflects the ＇three rural＇ policy in the northwest of our country the influence of the rural areas.
