摘　　要：结合吸塑制品成型的生产,借助现代模具CAE技术对影响吸塑制品质量的原因、模具结构进行了分析。通过改进压板的结构进而控制吸塑变形的区域,矫正了制品图案错位的问题,解决了在吸塑领域中丝印图案和吸塑型腔错位的问题,提高了制品质量,拓展了信息化吸塑模具设计技术在食品行业中应用。Combined with the production of suction plastic, the influence on the quality of plastic products and the mould structure were deeply analyzed by modern mould CAE tech- nology. By the means of improving plate structure to control plastic deformation area, the pattern dislocation was corrected. The dislocation problem that silk-screen printing pattern and sucking cavity in the plastic field was solved, which improved the product quality and expanded the application of informatization sucking mould design technology in food indus- try.
