摘  要:在中性点不接地运行方式的10 kV供电系统中,过电压现象是普遍存在的。其中操作过电压和谐振过电压是10 kV供电系统电气设备的主要威胁。针对这两种过电压,采取在电压互感器PT上加装二次微机消谐装置,在10 kV母线上加装智能型接地补偿装置以及在电动机、变压器侧加装过电压保护器等办法,避免防护过电压对10 kV供电系统的威胁。Overvoltage was a common problem in a lO-kV power supply system with ungrounded neutral. Switching overvohage and resonance overvohage were major threats against electrical devicesused in the lO-kV power supply system. In order to eliminate the two kinds of overvoltage to avoid threats of overvoltage against lO-kV power supply system, a secondary microcomputer harmonic elimination device was added to potential transformer, an intelligent earthing compensation device was added to lO-kV bus bar, and overvoltage protectors were added to electric motors and transformers.
