摘  要:通过对净水原理及工艺进行研究,采用活性炭吸附和反渗透技术,设计并制造出一种便携式净水器,并对该净水器的操作参数、使用寿命以及净水效果进行了评估。该净水器能有效去除水中的溶解盐、胶体、细菌、病毒、细菌内毒素和大部分有机物等杂质,处理后的水质符合饮用水卫生标准。该净水器具有质量轻、体积小、无需耗电和绿色环保等特点,适合野外使用。Through learning some water purification principle and technology, design and manufacture one portable water purifier. This device is developed based on the activated carbon adsorption and reverse osmosis technology. Further evaluation on operation and purification effect is conducted. Most pollutants would be removed effectively, such as some dissolved salt, colloid, bacteria, viruses, bacterial endotoxin and most of the organic matter and other impurities. The treated water can meet the requirement of the sanitary standard for drinking water. Moreover, this equipment has the advantage of light weight, small volume, no power consumption, environmental protection, and so on. It is suitable for the field use.
