摘　　要：基于面向上海不同类型社区的系列调研,认为目前社区居家养老服务应重点关注医疗护理保健、日常生活照料、社会生活和精神慰籍3类服务内容。结合上海市老年人口的结构特点和空间分布特征,提出社区居家养老服务设施的建设应综合考虑设施的选址、配置的规模效益和服务的辐射范围,并通过公共服务资源的优化配置和技术标准体系的完善,逐步改善社区居家养老服务设施的系统服务水平。Medical ＆ health care, domestic services ＆ life care, social activity ＆ mental consolation are three highlights which were identified by the series investigationin the communities of Shanghai. Based on the aging population structural characteristics and spatial distribution, the paper proposedthat the community-home-based service facilities allocation should takelocation, scale and radiationinto accountaccordingly. Meanwhile, it is essential to of promoting the service resources integrationand the technical standardconstruction thereby to improvethe efficiency and rationality of elderly service planning.
