摘　　要：以舟山港老塘山港区五期散货减载平台工程为例,利用OPTIMOOR分析软件,模拟码头大型船舶在各种水文、气象条件下的系泊安全情况,识别可能存在的系泊安全风险,为系泊管理提供参考依据。Taken the project of Zhoushan Laotangshan Port Phase V bulk cargo unloading platform as an example, by the OPTIMOOR analysis software, the mooring safety situation of large vessels on the unloading platform is simulated under the different hydrological and meteorological conditions in order to identify the potential risks of mooring safety. More references to mooring management are presented.
