摘　　要：利用供需均衡机制构建深圳市成品油水运运力供需均衡指数。对深圳市成品油水运运力市场进行调研,研判2011—2014年深圳市成品油水运运力供需状态,预测深圳市2016—2018年合理的成品油水运运力增加数量。The supply and demand balance index of product oil water transport of Shenzhen is established based on the supply and demand equilibrium mechanism. The product oil water transport capacity market in Shenzhen is investigated. The product oil water transport capacity supply and demand status in Shenzhen from 2011 to 2014 is studied and judged. The reasonable product oil capacity increment in Shenzhen from 2016 to 2018 is predicted.
