津力达颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血糖及胰岛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨津力达颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀对2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法回顾性选取广西医科大学附属民族医院内分泌代谢科确诊为2型糖尿病患者86例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组43例予以二甲双胍治疗,研究组43例予以津力达颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀治疗,检测并记录2组患者间血糖指标、胰岛素指标、血脂及体重指数,同时对比临床疗效及不良反应状况。结果对照组治疗有效率74.42%低于研究组治疗有效率90.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白C(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb Alc)指标降低(P<0.05),治疗后空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin,FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 hours postprandial insulin,PINS)及β细胞胰岛素分泌功能(homeostasis model assessmentβ,HOMA-β)、胰岛素敏感指数(insulin Resistance,HOMA-IS)水平升高,胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistence index,HOMA-IR)水平降低(P<0.05),治疗后胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平及体重指数(BMI)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用津力达颗粒联合磷酸西格列汀可以有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,明显改善胰岛β细胞功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinlida granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate on blood lipid,blood glucose and pancreas islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were retrospectively selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. 43 cases in the control group were treated with metformin,the experimental group were treated on the basis of the control group with Jinlida granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate. Blood glucose,insulin,blood lipid and body mass index were recorded and clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were compared. Results The effective rate in the control group（74. 42%） was lower than the experimental group（90. 70%）,with significant difference（P〈0. 05）,and compared with the control group,FBG,2h PBG,Hb A1 c indexes in the experimental group were lower after treatment,FINS,PINS and HOMAβ,HOMA-IS levels were higher after treatment,HOMA-IR level was lower（P〈0. 05）,TC,TG,LDL-C levels and BMI were lower after treatment,and HDL-C was higher,with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jinlida granules combined with sitagliptin phosphate is effective to control the blood glucose level in patient with type 2 diabetes and improve the function of islet beta cells.
