摘 要:针对现有测试性验证试验指标体系与外场可更换模块体系下装备的测试性验证需求不够匹配的问题,提出了面向LRM的测试性验证试验指标体系;首先,针对外场可更换模块体系引起的装备两级维修保障体制变革,分析了该体系下的测试性验证需求;然后从LRM体系装备测试性设计特点和两级维修保障体制的任务目标出发,构建了测试性验证指标评估体系;最后,建立了Topsis优化的基于该指标体系的模糊层次评估模型,实现了测试性综合评估;实例分析表明,该指标体系简便且有效,为面向LRM体系的装备测试性验证提供了思路。The index system of testability verification for line replaceable module system has been presented in order to solve the mismatching problem between testability verification requirements of LRM system and the existing index system. First, the testability veri{i cation requirements are analyzed according to the two--level maintenance support system reform caused by LRM system. Then the test ability verification index system is established by taking the task targets into consideration. Finally, Testability comprehensive evaluation could be achieved by establishing a Topsis optimized fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model based on the above index system. Case study shows that the above system is convenient and effective, which could provide approaches for testability verification for LRM system.
