摘　　要：党的十八届五中全会提出,要在重大创新领域组建一批国家实验室。国家实验室是世界强国抢占科技战略制高点的重要载体,美国能源部国家实验室是高能物理与核物理领域全球规模最大、综合性最强的研究机构,代表着当今世界最高水平。美国能源部创立国家实验室取得的经验,值得我国核工业学习借鉴。美国能源部国家实验室概况美国能源部国家实验室可追溯到第二次世界大战时期。其间,美国实施了曼哈顿计划,It is proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the18 th CCP Congress that a number of national laboratories should be set up in major innovation fields.National Laboratory is the world's major power to seize the commanding heights of scientific and technological strategic carrier. By the meantime, the US Department of Energy National Laboratory is the world's largest and most comprehensive research institution in the high energy physics and nuclear physics areas, which stands for the global highest level.The Experiences and Inspirations of the DOE's National Laboratory Foundation is worthy for learning in the development of China's nuclear industry.
