基于新版清单计价规范的施工企业定额应用研究

摘　　要：新版清单计价规范的颁布进一步明确了工程量清单计价对于规范建设工程中各方的计价行为、起到了维护建设市场秩序和建立工程造价的市场机制的重要作用,高水平的企业定额的广泛应用是充分发挥其作用的关键。本文分析了新版清单计价规范对企业定额应用的影响,及以此为依据的企业定额的编制原则,提出了现阶段促进企业定额应用的现实选择和建议。The promulgation of the new list valuation standard has further cleared the bill of quantities valuation. It has regulated the behavior of denominated in construction project. It also has maintained order of construction mar- ket and it has been the important role for establishing market mechanism of project cost. The widely application of the high levels of enterprise quota is the key to give full play to its functions. This paper analyzes the influence of the new list valuation standard of enterprise quota application, and based on the compiling principle of the enterprise quota and proposed the realistic choice and suggestions to promote enterprise quota application.
