摘　　要：2016年8月1日,Bob Burke走进了他在昆山的新办公室——致睿技术有限公司（Xerium）亚太区总部总裁室,25天前,已经在致睿亚太区工作了7年的B ob从亚太区销售与市场副总裁的职位上被擢升为新一任致睿亚太区总裁。Bob Burke is widely considered as an old China hand in Xerium since his coming in 1998. Moreover, he is an experienced leader in Xerium and even in the whole papermaking field thanks to his two decades' working experience of technology and management in papermaking clothing and roller coating. Familiar to many Chinese papermaking enterprises, Bob has accumulated his own advantages and human resources in paper industry.Bob has witnessed the rapid growth of China papermaking industry in the 10-year period at the turning of the twentieth century, which makes him understand the great pressure created by the fierce competition. After his appointment, Bob will shoulder new responsibilities including the organization of Asian group, the supply increase in Asia-Pacific area, the advance of productivity, the deepening of market strategy and so on.
