摘  要:硫酸渣中有价元素铁含量较高,具有综合回收利用价值。硫酸渣中铁主要以赤铁矿形式存在,脉石主要为石英,赤铁矿呈蓝白色,形状不规则,表面空洞均被细小脉石填充。试验证明,采用焙烧法从硫酸渣中富集铁,在焙烧时间为650℃,焙烧时间为0.5 h,氢氧化钠的添加量为1 g(占10%)工艺条件下,获得硫酸渣中铁的含量为61.5%,达到炼铁原料的要求,实现了二次资源的综合回收利用。The content of valuable iron was relatively high in pyrite cinder,which has comprehensive recycling value.The iron in pyrite cinder mainly exists in the form of hematite and gangue mainly exists in the form of quartz.Hematite with blue-white and irregular shape is filled with fine quartz in blank of surface.Experiment shows that using the method of roasting process to enriching iron,when the optimal conditions were that,when the roasting time was 650 ℃,the roasting time was 0. 5 h,and the additive amount of sodium hydroxide was 1g( 10%in weight),the content of iron could reach 61. 5%.This pyrite cinder met the requirements of ironmaking and achieved a comprehensive recovery and utilization of secondary resource.
