摘  要:探讨案例立体教学法(CTTM)在医学免疫学与病原生物学课程教学中的应用及效果。在《医学免疫学与病原生物学》教学中,选择同一年级临床医学1401-04及1405-1408两个教学班级,分别为试验组和对照组,试验组采用CTTM教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组学生期末考试成绩的差异。结果表明,试验组学生期末考试成绩优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。CTTM教学法,将实际临床问题引入课堂,使教学过程更加生动有趣,学生学到了实际临床应用中所需的知识和技能,实现我校培养应用型人才的宗旨。To explore the effects of the case three-dimensional teaching method in teaching of medical immunology and pathogenic biology.236 students from the same grade were divided into experiment group (n=120) and control group (n=116) according to their natural class. CTTM was used in the experiment group, while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group during the teaching of medical immunology and pathogenic biology. The results of examination in the two groups were compared. The result is that the score of medical immunology and pathogenic biology in the test group was higher than that in control group(p〈0.05 ) CTTM can make the teaching more vivid and interesting. Students can learn the knowledge and skills which were needed for practical clinical applications, to achieve the purpose of my university to train applied talents.
