摘 要:本文基于1个多枝节加载SIR设计了1个工作在GPS(1.57GHz)和WiMax(3.5GHz)的双频段带通滤波器。使用EM仿真软件Sonnet对其进行了仿真分析,并对其进行了加工测试,仿真结果和测试结果非常吻合,在2个通带的2端各有1个零点,提高了所设计的带通滤波器的选择性。在2个中心频率分别为1.57GHz和3.5GHz的通带内,插入损耗分别小于2.3dB和3dB,3dB相对带宽分别为6.68%和2.5%。另外该滤波器的尺寸为0.2λg×0.24λg,与传统滤波器相比,实现了小型化的目的。In this paper, a dual-band bandpass filter using multi-stubs loaded stepped- impedance resonator(SIR) is designed for GPS ( 1.57 GHz) and WiMax ( 3.5 GHz). The filter is simulated by Sonnet, and further fabricated and measured. Simulated and measured results are in good agreement with each other. The dual-band filter has a pair of transmission zeros on either side of both passband, which can improve the selectivity of the filter. In the two passband with center frequency of 1.57 GHz and 3.5 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.3 dB and 0.7 dB, and the 3 dB fractional bandwidth is larger than 6.68% and 2.5% respectively. Moreover, the filter in this paper has an obvious advantage of miniaturization in comparision with conventional dual-band filters, since the size of this filter is 0.2 λg×0.24 λg.
