摘　　要：自习近平主席提出丝绸之路经济带战略以来,丝绸之路经济带甘肃段建设迎来了新的发展契机,给甘肃对外开放、经贸合作、产业转型、文化繁荣带来巨大影响。近年来,甘肃在银行、证券、保险等领域不断取得积极成效,对全省经济的贡献度越发显著,但是在金融生态环境、融资渠道、金融创新等方面还存在不足,制约到丝绸之路经济带甘肃段建设。为此,需要改善区域金融生态环境、拓宽融资渠道、加强金融创新与深化区域金融合作,发挥金融助力丝绸之路经济带甘肃段建设的功能。Since Chairman XI Jinping proposed the Silk Road Economic Belt strategy, Gansu section has got a new development opportunity, which has tremendous impacts on opening up, economic and trade cooperation, industrial restructuring and cultural prosperity. In recent years, Gansu＇s banking, securities, insurance have made positive achievement, which has contributes greatly to the economy. But there exist deficiency in its financial ecological environment, financing channels and financial innovation etc. Therefore,measures should be taken to improve the regional financial ecological environment, expand financing channels, strengthen financial innovation and deepen regional financial cooperation so as to play the role of finance＇s supporting the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt Gansu section.
