摘 要:通过不同沉积物磷浓度对内源磷释放过程及蓝藻生长影响的试验开展滇池内源沉积物释放过程的研究。试验表明:1沉积物磷浓度的高低与蓝藻的生长状况有明显关联,高浓度的磷能使蓝藻暴发时间更长且强度更大,且各形态磷变化的波动性越大。2沉积物全磷含量和各形态的无机磷在试验结束后均有释放,有机磷在处理四出现负释放:4个处理全磷释放量分别为4.88%、6.67%、7.69%、9.27%;有机磷在处理四增加0.83%。Dianchi Lake is a very serious eutrophication highland lake.Currently the eutrophication status of the lake has not been improved.The exogenous phosphorus input has been blocked.However,endogenous phosphorus could still lead to a large area of blue-green algae outbreak.Therefore,it's significant to do some research on the release process of endogenous sediment in Dianchi Lake to alleviate the eutrophication.The experiments showed that the level of sediment phosphorus concentration was directly related to the growth of blue-green algae.The out-break of blue-green algae was more intense and has lasted longer in a high concentration of phosphorus condition. Meanwhile,phosphorus was in volatility changes of various forms.After the experiments,total phosphorus and in-organic phosphorus in various forms in sediments were released,and negative releasing of organic phosphorus in the fourth treatment occurred.The total released phosphorus rates of four treatments were 4. 88%、6. 67%、7. 69%、9. 27% respectively,and organic phosphorus increased for 0. 83% in the fourth treatment.
