摘　　要：企业家精神和管理能力、人力资源与物质资源储备、知识共享机制、企业文化与创新氛围等诸多要素相互作用,推动知识产权密集型企业成长。同时企业可以通过内部积累、外部并购和网络合作实现其顺利成长。Entrepreneurship spirit and management ability,the reserves of human resources and material resources,knowledge sharing diffusion mechanism,enterprise culture and innovation atmosphere,and so on,these important factors have an interaction to promote the growth of intellectual property intensive enterprises.At the same time,the intellectual property intensive enterprises can complete their smooth growth through internal accumulation,external mergers and acquisitions,and network cooperation.
