摘  要:随着环境污染及能源的减少,人们开始对各行各业都提出了绿色发展的要求,绿色建筑也显得极为必要。在设计阶段依据全新的技术手段BIM,减少目前单一地使用CAD作为设计工具,将建筑的信息模型提供给其他行业和专业。利用Ecotect软件对建筑的热工性能进行能耗分析,得到建筑的最佳朝向以及全年中自然环境对建筑物的热量辐射及吸收水平,结合得到的辐射量,通过仿真得到建筑的年度中每月的能耗消耗量,为其他专业的设计提供数据支持,并为全生命周期中实现绿色建筑奠定基础。With the environmental pollution and the reduction of energy, people start to put forward the requirements of green development to all walks of life. Based on a new technology- BIM during the design phase to reduce the using of CAD as the single design tool, then send the building information model to other industries and professions. Using the software like Ecotect to analysis the thermal performance of building and to get the building best toward as well as the level of the absorption of heat radiation in natural environment each year, combined with the amount of radiation, then acquire the energy consumption each month by simulation to provide data to support for other professional design and lay the foundation of green building in the whole lifecycle.
