摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸机支持患者行经皮气管切开术的临床应用价值及其并发症的预防。方法对36例呼吸机支持患者行经皮气管切开,包括普通经皮气管切开术(对照组23例)及纤维支气管镜辅助经皮气管切开术(试验组13例),分析其临床应用价值及其并发症。结果试验组13例手术成功,对照组21例成功,1例转行开放性气管切开术,1例死亡。结论呼吸机支持患者,行纤维支气管镜辅助经皮气管切开具有更清晰的视野,减少了普通经皮气管切开的盲目性,更安全可靠。Objective Discuss the application and complication of patients with ventilator support through percutaneous tracheotomy. Methods Analysis for the application and complication of 16 patients with tracheotomy,including tradition percutaneous tracheotomy and percutaneous tracheotomy with bronchoscope. Results 13 patients with with bronchoscope were succeed,21 patients with tradition percutaneous tracheotomy were also succeed,1 patient turn into tracheotomy,and 1 patient was died. Conclusion For patients with ventilator support,using the percutaneous tracheotomy with bronchoscope wil be safer.
