摘　　要：急腹症为临床常见的一类外科急症,患者剧烈腹痛多伴有各种负面心理。临床实践证明,心理护理为外科急症护理工作的重要组成部分,是提高护理质量的关键。通过分析外科急腹症患者心理状态,收集近年来相关研究资料,为该类患者的临床护理提供指导和借鉴,从而提高护理质量。Surgical acute abdomen is a kind of common surgical emergency. Patients suffering from severe abdominal pain,accompanied by a variety of negative psychological. Years of clinical practice has made us realize that psychological nursing is an important part of the emergency nursing and also the key to improve the quality of nursing as well. This article analyses psychological status of patients with acute abdomen disease,collect relative research progress in recent years,aiming at provide guidance and reference for the clinical nursing of such patients,and to improve the quality of nursing.
