摘　　要：简单介绍了液体旋光物质的测量原理,以及利用改进的偏振光实验仪及旋光仪测量蔗糖溶液不同浓度的旋光率和松节油的旋光度,对实验数据进行处理、计算,并对结果进行分析、讨论。It introduces the principle of measurement of liquid optical material,and the use of improved experi-mental apparatus of polarized light and rotation measurement of sucrose solution of different concentrations of optical rotation rate and turpentine,to deal with the experimental data and calculation,and analyze the results and discussion.
