摘　　要：“天下无人不识君”,在桐乡石门镇,无人不识此君——费洪标,当地人都称他老费,年过半百,微微发福,桐乡市石门镇科协秘书长。Fei Hongbiao is a household name in Shimen Town, Tongxiang, Jiaxing City in northern Zhejiang. Starting to look a little on the heavy side, the man already past ffty is General Secretary of the town’s Sci-ence and Technology Association. At first sight, “laofei” – as he is often called by his friends and colleagues, is just one of those “nine-to-five” office workers. The aver-age-looking man’s infuence in agricultural technological innovation, however, makes him truly charismatic.
