摘 要:以国内某一型号的沙滩清洁车车架为研究对象,建立合理的车架有限元模型,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静态强度和模态分析,根据沙滩清洁车的作业情况,获得其最严峻工况下的变形量和载荷强度及前6阶固有频率和振型特点,验证了车架的结构符合要求,不会产生共振,为后续的改进提供依据。Beach cleaner is a special equipment for cleaning up the beach. It has a vast application prospect and will bring huge economic effects. Taking the frame of a certain type of domestic beach cleaner as the research object in the paper, a finite element (FEM) model of the frame wTas set up reasonably. The static strength analysis and kinematics modal analysis of the frame wTere done by using ANSYS Workbench software. The deformation value, loading strength in the hardest working conditions together with the natural frequency and vibration characteristics of the first 6 order 'were achieved. The frame structure can meet the requirements and will not resonate, which provides the basis for the subsequent improvement.
