摘　　要：通过对湖北电网状态监测装置及系统应用情况的全面梳理,找出了湖北电网输变电设备状态监测装置及系统运行中出现的问题。对可能产生问题的主要原因进行分析,并提出了有针对性的对策和建议,尤其是提出了关于电网监测服务外包的建议,这对状态监测装置的运行管理及维护工作具有实际指导意义。In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of the status monitoring devicesand system application in Hubei power grid, the hubei power grid power transmission and transfor-mation equipment condition monitoring devices and the problems in the operation of the systemare found out. The main reasons for the problems are analyzed, and targeted countermeasures andsuggestions are put forward. In particular, suggestions on the service outsourcing of power networkmonitoring are put forward, which has practical guiding significance for the operation managementand maintenance of the state monitoring devices.
