摘 要:针对短线预制梁段匹配误差直接调整法中存在的不足,提出一种可考虑2种坐标系(预制整体坐标系和局部坐标系)空间位置不重合的误差调整方法。该方法基于空间坐标变换的基本原理,将预制局部坐标系中的误差变换到整体坐标系中,在整体坐标系中进行梁段预制线形和横坡误差分析与调整。为验证本文方法的正确性和有效性,分别以本文方法和已有方法(未考虑2种坐标系空间位置影响)计算某在建城市高架轨道交通4×40m连续刚构桥的实际预制线形偏差,并比较各节梁段的理论匹配位置。结果表明:本文方法计算的预制线形和梁段理论匹配位置均满足控制要求;相比已有方法,该方法可消除直接叠加局部坐标系中的误差值所造成的影响,线形和姿态控制精度更高。In regard of the deficiency in the method for direct adjustment of the matching errors of the girder segments precast by the short line match method ,an error adjustment method that can consider the noncoincidence of the spatial positions of the two coordinate systems (the global and local coordinate systems of the precasting) is proposed .The proposed method is based on the fundamental principles of the spatial coordinate transformation ,the errors of the local coordinate system of the precasting are transformed to those of the global coordinate system and in the global coordinate system ,the errors of the alignment and transverse slopes of the precast girder segments are analyzed and adjusted .To check the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method ,the errors of the actual precasting alignment of the 4 × 40-m span continuous rigid‐frame bridge on an urban elevated light rail transit that is being built are calculated ,respectively using the method proposed in this paper and the existing method that does not consider the influences of the spatial positions of the two coordinate systems and the theoretic matching positions of the girder segments are compared .The results show that both the precasting alignment and the theoretic matching po sitions of the girder segments calculated by the proposed method can meet the control require‐ments .Compared to the existing method , the proposed method can eliminate the influences caused by the error values of the directly coincided local coordinate system and the control accura‐cy of the alignment and posture of the girder segments is even higher .
