摘 要:广州海珠桥为(67.7+49.1+67.7)m连续索桁混合结构,钢桁梁均采用全铆接结构。该桥属于文物桥,钢结构锈蚀严重,结构变形较大,基础、桥面及附属设施破损严重,属于Ⅳ类危桥,需进行维修加固。根据"修旧如旧"的维修加固原则,中跨钢桁梁全部拆除,更换新梁;对边跨钢桁梁的腐蚀杆件及缺陷铆钉进行置换处理,采用部分更换方案;桥墩基础采取外包混凝土方式加固;桥面及附属设施全部更换。中跨钢桁梁拆除后,采用连续千斤顶垂直整体下放技术,新梁采用无缝对接拼装技术;边跨钢桁梁采用顶推法施工;钢梁杆件置换时,采用无应力置换、旧铆钉拆除及热铆施工技术;桥墩加固施工时采用分体式双壁钢围堰作为挡水结构。该桥加固后,基本恢复了1950年重建时的风貌。T he Haizhu Bridge in Guangzhou is a combined continuous cable‐supported and steel truss girder bridge with span arrangement (67 .7+49 .1+67 .7) m ,of which the steel truss girder is the all‐riveted girder .T he bridge is a historical bridge that has been put into operation for long years .The steel structure of the bridge has been corroded severely ,the structural deformation has been great ,the foundations ,deck and auxiliary facilities have been badly damaged and the bridge eventually deteriorates into a class IV dangerous bridge and has to be repaired and strengthened .In the repairing and strengthening ,following the principle of keeping the bridge old as it was repaired and strengthened ,the old steel truss girder of the central span of the bridge was completely re‐moved away and was replaced with a new girder that looked old .The corroded members and defec‐tive rivets of the old steel truss girder of the side span w ere replaced according to the prepared scheme of partial replacement .The foundations for the piers were strengthened by encasing the concrete onto the outer surfaces of the foundations and the deck and auxiliary facilities were com‐pletely replaced .When the old steel truss girder of the central span was removed ,the girder was vertically and integrally lowered down ,using the continuous jack technique and the new girder was installed ,using the jointless assembling technique .The steel truss girder of the side span was constructed ,using the incremental launching technique . When the members of the steel truss girder were replaced ,the replacement was carried out ,using the techniques of the unstressing re‐placement ,removal of the old rivets and hot riveting of the new rivets .When the foundations were strengthened ,the separated double‐wall steel cofferdams were used as the water‐retaining structures .After the bridge was successfully repaired and strengthened ,the original style of the bridge at the time it was reconstructed in the year of 1950 has been basically re
