微创肾镜与开放性手术治疗精索鞘膜积液的临床比较

摘　　要：目的比较微创肾镜与开放性手术治疗精索鞘膜积液的临床疗效.方法2013年10月-2015年10月期间,在广西科技大学第一附属医院选取82例精索鞘膜积液患儿作为研究对象,并根据手术术式的不同分为两组,其中研究组41例采用微创肾镜手术,而对照组41例采用开放性手术,比较两组的临床疗效.结果与对照组相比,研究组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,术后住院时间更短,医疗费用更少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）.研究组患者术后并发症总发生率（2.44%）明显低于对照组（19.51%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论微创肾镜手术治疗精索鞘膜积液安全有效,且并发症较少,相较于开放性手术治疗更具临床优势,值得推广.Objective To investigate and compare the clinical effect between minimally invasive nephroscopic and open surgery in the treatment of spermatic cord hydrocele. Methods 82 children with spermatic cord hydrocele who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology betw-een October,2013 and 0ctober,2015 were selected as study subjects.According to different operation, they were divided into tw-o groups.41 patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive nephroscopic surgery while 41 patients in the control group were treated with open sur- gery.The clinical efficacy was compared betw-een the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the study group was shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was less, the postoperative length of hospital stay was shorter and the medical expenses was less,difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.001）. The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the study group（2.44% ） was significantly lower than that（ 19.51% ） in the control group, difference was sta-tistically significant（P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Minimally invasive nephroscopic surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of spermatic cord hydrocele,and the complications are few,Compared with open surgery, it has more clinical advantages, so it is worthy of being generalized.
