摘　　要：针对传统擦地炸开关结构复杂、作用率不高的问题,提出了机电触发引信高可靠性擦地炸接电开关,该开关由开关体、惯性球、接电套、开关簧、簧套组成,具有结构简单、可靠性高等特点。减小开关零件间摩擦系数,增大开关体锥角、接电套锥角和惯性球质量,降低开关簧抗力均有利于提高擦地炸接电开关接电动作正确性。试验验证表明,该擦地炸接电开关能够满足弹道安全性、钝感度要求,擦地炸作用率达98.6%以上,可以为擦地炸接电开关设计提供借鉴和参考。For the problem of complex structure and low reliability of traditional graze burst switch,a high reli-ability graze burst switch of electromechanical contact fuze was proposed.The switch composed by the switch body,inertia ball,wiring sets,spring,spring sets,which has the characteristics of simple structure and high reliability.By reducing the coefficient of friction between parts,increasing the switch body cone angle,cone an-gle of electrical connection sets and the quality of inertial ball,lowering the resistance of switching spring,the validity of electric connectionwas improved.The test results showed that the graze burst switch could satisfy in-sensitivity requirement and ballistic safety requirement.The graze burst action efficiency was more than 98.6%.
