可伸缩接电销短路开关

摘　　要：针对定长接电销及簧片结构的短路开关簧片抗力高、散布大,影响隔爆机构运动的不足,提出了可伸缩接电销短路开关。该开关接电销改为由上下触头与圆柱弹簧构成的可伸缩接电销,保证短路接触的功能由簧片转给了接电销簧,降低了预压抗力对行程的敏感度,以较小抗力即可保证接触,从而大幅降低了接电销对滑块的正压力。计算和试验结果表明,可伸缩接电销短路机构结构简单,作用可靠,抗力公差散布小,对隔爆机构的运动无明显影响。fixed-length electrical connection pin and reed-structure short circuit switch has the shortages of high resist,broad distribution of witch affect the movement of detonation interrupter.Aiming at the problem,a short circuit switch of retractable electrical connection pin was designed.The electrical connection pin was retractable, which was composed of a top and a bottom contacts and a cylinder spring ,ensuring the electrical connection pin responsible for short circuit contact,which could reduce the sensitivity of the pre-press resist to the journey, thus,a lower resist could ensure contact,and the positive pressure of the electrical connection pin to the slider was reduced greatly .Calculations and tests showed that the short circuit switch of retractable electrical connec-tion pin had features of simple structure,reliable function ,narrow resist distribution and little affection to the detonation interrupter.
