摘 要:针对在CS115测试中没有合适的电流探头转移阻抗而无法精确测量电缆束感应峰值电流的问题,提出了基于CS115的电流探头转移阻抗的测量方法。该方法根据标准GB/T6113.102(CISPR16-1-2)中的电流探头校准等效电路,将CS115测试中的脉冲发生器、注入探头、校准夹具、同轴电缆和同轴负载(50Ω)看成一个整体并替代校准等效电路中的信号源,通过测量线上的电压和电流探头的输出电压,计算得到电流探头转移阻抗。试验表明:此方法能够可重复性地获得适用于CS115的电流探头转移阻抗,从而可以精确测量电缆束感应峰值电流。It cannot accurately measure the peak current induced in the cable without an appropriate transfer im-pedance of current probe for a broad impulse excitation signal.For this problem,a measurement method for transfer impedance of current probe was proposed.This method could take the pulse generator,inj ection probe, coaxial cable and coaxial load (50 ohm)as a whole one and replace the signal source of calibration equivalent cir-cuit.By measuring the voltage of the cable and the output voltage of the current probe,the transfer impedance of current probe could be calculated.The experiment results showed that:this method could repeatedly acquire the transfer impedance of current probe,thus the peak current induced in the cable could be accurately meas-ured.
