摘　　要：助盲志愿者是公共图书馆读者服务的重要补充,有助于满足盲人读者的特殊需求,延伸图书馆的服务范畴,同时也满足了新时代人们奉献社会、提升自我的内在需要。论文阐述了公共图书馆引入助盲志愿者的服务内容、管理等机制,分析了助盲志愿服务中的一些问题,提出了建立助盲志愿者工作机制的建议。Introducing the volunteer system to help the blind is an important supplement to reader service of public libraries, which contributes to satisfying the special needs of blind readers and expanding the scope of services of public libraries. At the same time, it meets the inner needs of people in the new era contributing to society and improve themselves. This paper elaborates on the service contents, as well as the management and operation of the volunteer service system. Also, it analyzes the problems of the service, and puts forwards suggestions of building up a working mechanism of volunteers to help the blind.
