摘  要:研究了废轮胎热解炭黑(CBP)在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中的应用,分析了CBP的基本性能及其对SBR胶料性能的影响,并与商业炭黑N220、N330、N660、N774进行对比。结果表明,CBP灰分含量很高,聚集体尺寸分布较宽,粒径偏大;SBR中加入CBP后,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度很高,甚至超过了N330的拉伸强度和撕裂强度,但100%和300%定伸应力很低;加入CBP硫化胶的磨耗性能比加普通炭黑的差,但耐屈挠疲劳性能提高。DMA分析可知,CBP填料网络作用弱,结合胶含量少。The application of pyrolytic carbon black(CBP)from waste tires in styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)were studied,the fundamental characteristics of CBPand the effects on Mooney viscosity,the properties of SBR compounds were investigated and compared with other fillers such as carbon black N220,N330,N660,N774.The results showed that,ash content of CBPwas high,the aggregate particle size was a little big.With the incorporation of CBPinto SBR,the tensile strength and tear strength of vulcanized rubber was very high,even more than the tensile strength and tear strength of the N330,while the stress at 100%and 300% was very low;the abrasion resistance of CBPwas inferior to those conventional carbon black,but the flexing fatigue resistance of CBPwas better than others.DMA analysis showed that the structure degree of CBPand the bound rubber content was between N220,N330 and N660,N770.
