摘 要:目前全国建立了十几个大型公共建筑能耗监测示范平台,这些平台监测的大型公共建筑多则上千,少则几百。能耗监测系统积累了大量能耗数据,这些数据未能得到充分利用,需要进行技术处理实现对大型公共建筑进行节能诊断。不同功能区域的用能需求和用能方式完全不同,不同功能区建筑面积能耗相差较大,建筑能耗水平横向对比存在困难,更不用说通过在线的方法直接对建筑节能潜力进行诊断。提出一种在线节能技术,根据建筑功能区面积和分项能耗数据采用多元回归分析方法进行拟合,对建筑节能潜力进行判断。At present, the country has established more than a dozen large-scale public building energy consumption monitoring demonstration platform. Energy consumption monitoring system has accumulated large amounts of data; these data have not been fully utilized. It's necessary to carry out technical processing to achieve the energy-saving diagnosis of large public buildings. The energy de- mand and the energy mode of the different functional areas are completely different. The energy consumption of the different functional areas is quite different. Energy consumption comparison is difficult, let alone through the method of online directly to the construction of energy-saving potential diagnosis used different functional areas. This paper proposes an online energy saving technology, according to the building functional area and partial energy consumption data using multiple regression analysis method to fit, to determine the poten- tial of building energy saving.
