摘　　要：建筑物的设计应具有很好的抗震性能,因我国所处地区地壳比较活跃,易发生地震,为避免地震带来的危害及损失,保证人民群众的生命及财产安全,就要在设计建筑物时,提高建筑的抗震能力,要在设计建筑物的时候考虑各个方面的因素,根据不同的建筑物的不同特点来进行抗震的设计规划,全方面的提高建筑物的质量。Design of buildings should have good seismic performance, because in China the crust is active, very prone to earthquakes, so in order to avoid the earthquake brings the harm and loss to ensure people＇s life and property safety, will be to design buildings and improve the seismic capacity of buildings, to consider all aspects of the factors in the design of the building, according to the different characteristics of different buildings for seismic design and planning with respect to all aspects of improving the building quality.
