摘  要:目的研制一种高效、安全、使用简便及性能可靠的快速杀虫烟剂。方法参照有关国家标准,对该杀虫烟剂性能、药效及毒性进行试验观察。结果该杀虫烟剂以溴氰菊酯为有效成分,辅以氧化剂、阻燃剂等成分高压压制成块剂。经检测自燃温度适中,为132~138℃;点燃试验合格,瞬间发烟,燃烧时间〈20 s;成烟率达88.6%。对蚊、蝇、蟑快速杀灭,对大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50〉10 000 mg/m3。结论该烟剂对卫生害虫具有良好的杀灭效果,使用便捷,毒性属于微毒级。Objective To develop a highly efficient,safe,easy operation and stable performance of fast insecticidal smoke agent. Methods Based on the national standard method,the performance,efficacy and toxicity experiment of the insecticidal smoke agent were observed. Results The parameters of the insecticidal smoke agent with deltamethrin as active ingredients was supplemented with the composition such as oxidant,flame retardants highpressure compressed into block agent. The combustion temperature was moderate,132 ~ 138 ℃; fired test qualified,instantaneous smoke,burning time 〈 20 s; smoking rate 88. 6%; acute inhalation toxicity of rat LC50〉 10,000 mg /m3. Conclusion The smoke agent has good killing effect for health pests. Its toxicity belongs to micro toxicity.
