摘 要:目的测定环境水体中防治白蚁药物联苯菊酯、毒死蜱以及溴氰菊酯残留量。方法碳包覆四氧化三铁磁性纳米材料的磁固相萃取技术,通过对材料用量、吸附时间、洗脱溶剂种类以及材料使用重复性等实验条件进行优化,并在优化的实验条件下采用外标法定量分析。结果 3种药物的线性相关系数为0.999 20.999 4(n=5),检出限0.20.4 g/L。采用此方法对徐州市区云龙湖水、实验室自来水中的联苯菊酯、毒死蜱以及溴氰菊酯进行检测,添加回收率为83.0%106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%9.5%,检出浓度符合国家标准。结论 Fe3O4/C纳米复合粒子与高效液相色谱联用,方法回收率和重现性均好,简便、快速,准确。Objective To determine the residues of termiticides such as bifenthrin,chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin in environmental water body. Methods By themagnetic solid-phase extraction with carbon coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles analysis technique through quantitative analysis with external standard method optimizing some key experimental parameters including amount of Fe3O4/ C nanoparticles,adsorption time,elution solvent and magnetic material reusability. Results The linear correlation coefficients were 0. 999 2- 0. 999 4( n = 5) and the detection limits were 0. 2- 0. 4 g / L for these three termiticides,and their detected concentrations of residues in Xuzhou Yunlong Lake water and laboratory tap water were in line with national standards by test with this method. Conclusion The high performance liquid chromatography combined with Fe3O4/ C nanoparticles for detecting bifenthrin,chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin residues in water body showed good recovery and reproducibility,and the method is rapid,convenient and accurate.
