济南市白纹伊蚊幼虫密度与登革热风险评估的探讨

摘　　要：目的调查白纹伊蚊密度,探讨布雷图指数在济南地区登革热风险评估中的应用。方法选择不同区域,调查伊蚊孳生情况,计算布雷图指数。结果在济南市所调查地区布雷图指数为20.3,伊蚊孳生以闲置容器积水为主。结论济南地区存在登革热传播风险,而单一的布雷图指数作为登革热风险评估指标还需要更多的研究。Objective To survey the density of Aedes albopictus larvae,and discuss the application of breteau index（ BI） in risk assessment of dengue fever in Jinan City. Methods Investigation breeding situation of Aedes albopictus and calculation of BI. Results BI was 20. 3 in the investigated areas of Jinan City. Temporary waters were the mainly bleeding places. Conclusion The risk of dengue fever existed in Jinan City. More researches seem to be necessary to determine the application of the BI in risk assessment of dengue fever.
